AWS A5.9 ER 309L Stainless Welding Wire can be used in the welding of stainless steel of the same type, and the dissimilar materials welding between carbon steel and stainless steel. It can also be used in petrochemical industry, such as cladding transition metal over the inside of the reaction vessel or applied to the welding of poor toughness martensitic and ferritic stainless steel . Features: The wire is 24% Cr-13% Ni stainless steel wire. It has excellent temperature resistance because of high content of the alloy and excellent corrosion resistance because of low content of carbon. It has stable welding arc, beautiful shape and can be used for all position welding.

Notes on usage:
1 . Clear rust, oil, water and other impurities on the weldments before welding.
2. It is recommended to use Ar+(1%-3%)02as shielding gas in MIG welding, and use pure argon as shielding gas in TIG welding.
3. The user should develop an appropriate production welding specifications according to the circumstances.
