TIG welding wire(Argon Arc welding wire) (AWS ER70S-6) has strong resistance to surface scales and oil stains on the base metal. It has low blowhole sensitivity.
It is used to welding carbon steels and 500Mpa high strength steels, used in car, building, ships and bridge. Can also be used for speed welding of sheet and pipes.

Bare corrosion resisting chromium-nickel welding rod for welding of heat resistant austenitic steels of the 25Cr-20Ni-type. The wire has a high Cr content and givesgood oxidation resistance at high temperatures. Common applications are industrial furnaces and boiler parts as well as heat exchangers
Material contains 9% chromium and 1% molybdenum. Classification is intended for welding base materials of similar composition.Requires controlled preheat, inter-pass and post-weld heat treatment.
AWS 5.28 ER80S-B2 is used in high temperature applications. 300ºF min. preheat and inter-pass are recommended during the welding operation.
