AWS A5.4: E310-16 Stainless Welding Wire Used to join 310 stainless as well as for the welding of steels with 20%-27% Chromium and 18%-22% Nickel. Used as a transition layer for high restrained joints of high carbon steels.

Possesses properties similar to 316/316H Sterling AP except with a much lower carbon content which reduces susceptibility to sensitization during welding. The welds show high resistance to corrosion and fissuring. This makes it an outstanding choice for critical applications. Excellent for welding stainless steel types 316, 316L and 318. It has a smooth running arc that results in a uniform weld bead that is flat to slightly convex.

AWS A5.9: ER308 & ER308L Stainless Welding Wire. Used to weld Types 201, 302, 304 and 308 stainless steels. Can also be used for joining some dissimilar 300 series steels. Has a low carbon content to help prevent intergranular corrosion.

AWS A5.9: ER308LSi Stainless Welding Wire. A 308L chemistry which has been modified with a higher silicon level to increase weld puddle fluidity, ensuring better tie-ins and potentially higher welding speeds.

AWS A5.9: ER309LSi Stainless Welding Wire.A modified 309L deposit. Higher silicon levels overcome the typical sluggish nature of 300-series stainless steel welding puddles.

AWS A5.9: ER309 & ER309L Stainless Welding Wire and cut lengths are used for joining similar 309L alloys or for joining 300-series stainless steels to carbon or low alloy steels.

Provides a 316L weld deposit but has better wetting action in the puddle due to higher levels of silicon.
