Flux Cored Arc Welding Wire (FCAW) , is used for welding structures made of carbon steel and low-alloy structural steel with tensile strength higher than or equal to 490MPa. Most widely used for welding some key structures like shipbuilding, mechanical manufacture, pressure vessels, boilers, petroleum machinery, chemical machinery, hoisting machinery etc.

E71T-1 is an all position rutile flux cored wire designed for optimum performance with 100% CO2 shielding gas. It produces a slag with good coverage that iseasily removable as well as a weld metal that is consistently free of slag inclusions and porosity.
